NIRMOL WELFARE FOUNDATION OF BANGLADESH

The foundation is also known as “Nirmol Bangladesh” established in 2017. Since its establishment the organization works for the youth, women and unemployed people around the country. It focuses to solve the problems on the environment, ocean, climate, education and human rights discriminations. I have been serving the role of General Secretary since 2018.

TRISHNATUR

Trishnatur is a publication of Bengali Literature. It is a platform to publish writings of youth writers without any charges to encourage them in practicing literature. I have been serving as head of editorial committee for the 2nd volume, and associate editor for 1st, 3rd and 4th volume. Each year it is being published on the “Amar Ekushey Boi Mela” (National Book Fair).

BSMR MARITIME UNIVERSITY SCIENCE CLUB

I served as the founding Information and Technology Secretary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University Science Club in 2019-2022. The club works for the enhancement of scientific research and helps students to engage with ocean and marine science.

THE OCEANOGRAPHY SOCIETY

The Oceanography Society (TOS) was founded in 1988 to advance oceanographic research, technology, and education, and to disseminate knowledge of oceanography and its application through research and education. I served as the chair of communication sub-committee of the student committee from 2020 to 2023.

INTERNATIONAL BLUE CONCORD MODEL UNITED NATIONS

The IBCMUN2020 was held on 9-10 October 2020 when the world was facing COVID-19. We enthusiastic and experienced students decided to arrange a Model United Nations (MUN) and we successfully did it. I served the role of Secretary General to lead the organizer committee and make a successful event.

THE HULT PRIZE 2020

The Hult Prize is also known as the Students Noble Prize. I had taken the initiative to introduce my university to about it. So, I contacted with them and become the Campus Director of Hult Prize 2020. I have been certified as a successful campus director from the Hult Prize authority to organize and ended up a successful on-campus event in my university.

NATIONAL OCEANOGRAPHIC AND MARITIME INSTITUTE (NOAMI)

NOAMI is the 1st organization to work for Oceanography and Maritime research in Bangladesh established in 1978. I have been volunteering for NOAMI since 2022 as a researcher and life member. NOAMI arranges various seminars, webinars, courses, training programs, and participate in career festivals. It also publishes a research journal named “Journal of NOAMI” and two newsletters.
